<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid opening/closing device which can adapt to resistance to an external force applied from a direction orthogonal to a tangent line in the rotational direction of a supporting shaft, without a deterioration with age, and an information processor equipped with the lid opening/closing device. <P>SOLUTION: At least one end (an end 15a in this embodiment) of the supporting shaft 15 is sandwiched between an urging member 16 with flexibility and a bearing part 17. Thus, when a top surface 4a of a lid body 4 abuts on a protrusion (a keyboard 5 in this embodiment) and is forced to turn beyond a turnable range, a force applied to the supporting shaft 15 can be decentralized because the urging member 16 is deflected by the force applied in the direction of an arrow D to the supporting shaft 15.
