<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device which prevents the destruction of a light emitting diode due to an air-raid noise, surge, or the like from the outside as well as a flicker on the occasion of lighting, and to provide a luminaire with the LED lighting device. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lighting device 1 includes: a DC power supply circuit 2; a DC-DC conversion circuit 3 with a switching element Q1 for converting an output voltage of the DC power supply circuit 2 into a predetermined direct current voltage by on-off control operation of the switching element Q1, and for output of it; a plurality of light emitting diodes 5 connected serially in between the outputs of DC-DC conversion circuit 3: and a plurality of capacitors 6 for a bypass connected to each light emitting diode 5 in parallel, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
