<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized type solar cell capable of exhibiting satisfactory photo-electric transfer efficiency, and capable of reducing cost. <P>SOLUTION: This dye-sensitized type solar cell is provided with a transparent substrate 2 formed with a transparent conductive film 1, and a photo-electrode 3 containing a sensitizer dye and titanium oxide and connected electrically to the transparent conductive film 1, and the transparent conductive film 1 is formed by executing annealing treatment by heating under a reductive atmosphere, after applying, on the transparent substrate, a precursor liquid containing (A) a reaction product prepared by reacting a titanium compound with hydrogen peroxide, and (B) a reaction product prepared by reacting a niobium compound or a tantalum compound with hydrogen peroxide, followed to be fired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
