<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode substrate in which curvature is effectively prevented and effective reduction of inside resistance is achieved for high conversion efficiency especially when applied to a pigment sensitized solar battery in a composition of radiating light from a positive electrode substrate side. <P>SOLUTION: A deformation prevention layer 5 for suppressing deformation due to volume shrinkage when a semiconductor porous layer 3 is provided on an electrode substrate 1 in the negative substrate 10 of a pigment sensitized solar battery with the semiconductor porous layer 3 formed on a surface of the electrode substrate 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
