<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag holder having comparatively high shock resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The IC tag holder includes a first substrate provided with an opening on one main surface, a second substrate and an IC tag wherein an antenna wire and an IC chip are arranged on a sheet-like base.
