<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a case of battery exhaustion and a case of battery removal due to a theft and not to give an alarm in the case of the battery exhaustion. <P>SOLUTION: A control device includes a storage unit composed of a nonvolatile memory storing a security state, and a control unit executing an alarm generating process generating an alarm from an alarm outputting unit arranged in a vehicle when a signal indicating that a switch unit arranged in the vehicle is open has been detected and the security state is under a security function operating state, and an alarm non-generating process determining, when the voltage of a battery arranged in the vehicle rises from a reference value or below to a reference value or above after a signal indicating the open state has not been detected, the security state before the battery voltage stored in the storage unit becomes the reference value or below and not generating an alarm from the alarm outputting unit when the security state is under the security function operating state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
