<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily allocate a suitable worker to a paper document to be processed to execute predetermined operation. <P>SOLUTION: A work sharing system includes: an optical scanner SC for reading out a paper document BS and generating image data; a tag lavel creation device 200 for writing a control procedure S10 for recognizing characters and converting the recognized characters into text data, a control procedure S15 for extracting a term keyword and a file field keyword corresponding to the term keyword in an IC circuit part of a wireless tag circuit element and creating a wireless tag label T related to the paper document BS; and a non-volatile memory device 5 storing a control procedure S110 for acquiring the file field keyword from the wireless tag label T and a field-in-charge keyword corresponding to a person PS in charge to perform file allocation processing for allocating predetermined work to the paper document BS to any one of a plurality of persons PS in charge based on the file field keyword and the field-in-charge keyword. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
