PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fatigue damage monitoring device for buildings which can easily perform integrity evaluation with high reliability and be designed in a small size. SOLUTION: The fatigue damage monitoring device for buildings 10 can be attached to a building to be subjected to evaluation of fatigue damage, and includes: a displacement sensor 13 for measuring the displacement of the building; a storage part 14 for storing a fatigue damage value of the building; a calculation part 18a for calculating a fatigue damage value based on the displacement measured by the displacement sensor 13 and making the storage part 14 store the calculated fatigue damage value; and a transmitting/receiving part 15 for outputting the fatigue damage value stored in the storage part 14 to a fatigue damage evaluation device 20.
