The present invention relates to GCH1 (GTP cyclohydrolase 1)-targeted siRNA, a recombinant vector containing the siRNA, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the recombinant vector for treating and preventing neuropathic pain. The GCH1-targeted siRNA of the present invention down-regulates the expression of GCH1, and the recombinant vector containing the siRNA may deliver siRNA to dorsal root ganglia (DRG). Thus, neuropathic pain caused by nerve injury can be inhibited, and inflammatory response at the spine caused by nerve injury can also be inhibited by using the recombinant vector.
