The line i.e. heat exchanger pipe (1) has a set of flow guidance members (2a, 2b) mirror-symmetrically facing each other relative to a plane including a longitudinal axis (L) to excite secondary currents with opposite rotational direction. A mainstream running along the longitudinal axis over the flow guidance members is divided into two currents perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. Each of the flow guidance members is provided with an impression and/or a guide plate, where all of the flow guidance members exhibit same relative arrangement to the plane on a side of the level. An independent claim is also included for a cooking equipment with a heat exchanger line.
