PURPOSE: A photosensitive composition is provided to enable high sensitivity and negative patterning, and to ensure high hardness, heat resistance and preservation property. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive composition comprises a binder, a polymerizable compound, and a compound represented by chemical formula (I). In chemical formula (I), X represents O, S or NR, wherein R is any one selected from hydrogen atom, alkyl group and acyl group; n is an integer of 0 or 1; and R^1, R^2, R^3, R^4, R^5, R^6, R^7 and R^8 represent independently hydrogen atom or neutral monovalent substituent, wherein two adjacent to R^1, R^2, R^3 and R^4 may form a ring by being connected with each other and R^5 or R^6, and R^7 or R^8 may form an aliphatic ring by being connected with each other and may not form an aromatic ring. |
