PURPOSE: A wire grid polarizer is provided to remove a process of additionally installing a protection film by including a substrate layer, a resin layer, a metal grid pattern, and a protection layer. CONSTITUTION: A resin layer(20) is formed in one side of a substrate layer(10) and includes a lattice type convex part(25). A metal grid pattern(30) is formed on the lattice type convex part of the resin layer. A protection film(40) is formed between a prism sheet and a polarizer. The protection film is formed into a binder resin and an optical diffusion particle.
