PURPOSE: A communication system and a method thereof are provided to exchange data without a frequency and phase difference which occurs between a master clock and a slave clock by enabling a master to transmit a synchronized signal to plural slaves through a synchronized line. CONSTITUTION: A synchronization line(130) transmits a synchronized signal to plural slaves(120-1 to 120-N) from a mater(110), and a first line(140) transmits first data to at least one slave from the mater. A second line(150) transmits second data to the master from at least one of the plural slaves. The slave which receives the first data creates a strobe signal synchronized with its clock by using the transmitted synchronized signal. The slave stores the transmitted first data through the synchronization with the strobe signal.
