DISPLAY DRIVER INTEGRATED CIRCUIT COMPRISING METAL FIX CELL AND DESIGNING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A display driver integrated circuit including a metal cell is provided to decrease the size of a chip by reducing the area of a metal routing. CONSTITUTION: A display driving integrated circuit comprises one or more metal cell(101) thereon. The metal cell comprises a first metal line, a second metal line, a buffer cell(110), and a third metal line. The first metal line supplies a first voltage. The second metal line supplies a second voltage. The buffer cell buffers a voltage signal. The voltage signal is inputted through an input terminal. The buffer cell offers the voltage signal as the output signal of the metal cell. The third metal line is connected between the input of the buffer cell and one of the first metal line and the second metal line.
