<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid fixation of a work seat used by a worker in a free-address office, and thereby keep advantages of a free-address system. <P>SOLUTION: A free-address office support system comprises: a use situation storage unit 101 for storing use situation information to indicate whether each work seat in a free-address office is in use or unoccupied; a use application reception unit 105 for receiving an input of use application information to indicate that an application for use of a work seat is made by a user desiring to use a work seat; a work seat selection unit 106 for randomly selecting a work seat to be assigned to a user from among currently unoccupied work seats with reference to the use situation information stored in the use situation storage unit 101 upon receiving an input of use application information; an indication output unit 107 for outputting indication information to indicate the selected work seat and displaying the outputted information on a necessary display device; and a use situation update unit 108 for writing into the use situation storage unit 101 use situation information to indicate that the selected work seat is now in use. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
