<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately manage the history of printing. <P>SOLUTION: Prior to execution of printing based on a target print job, a past print log stored in a management server 3-side is acquired (s130). When the acquired past print log is normal, printing is permitted (s140 "YES" → s170). When it is not normal, the printing is prohibited (s140 "NO"). Therefore, when the above described configuration is employed, print logs can be prevented from being not appropriately stored. Thereby, the history of printing can be appropriately managed. Specifically, the fact that printing caused by inappropriate actions is no longer executed serves as deterrent force, and print logs can be prevented from not being appropriately stored due to the inappropriate actions.
