<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate which can prevent contact between the back of a film and a film surface during winding and damage such as a wound in the film surface by dust adhering to the film and also prevent interference with the nozzle of an applicator in the laminate manufacturing method in which a resin film and a film obtained by gas phase film forming are laminated at least twice. <P>SOLUTION: The resin film is film-formed on a substrate B by a resin film forming device 20, and the film obtained by the gas phase film forming by a film forming device 22 is film-formed on the resin film. This process is repeated a plurality of times, and two or more layers of a laminated film in which combination between the resin film and the film obtained by the gas phase film forming is made to be a repeating unit are laminated.
