<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for free access floor, which allows setting of a heavy facility thereon without amplification of vibration from a floor, and which is easy to set and construct. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lower frame 23 is provided above a strut 13, the lower frame 23 is a steel-made substantially rectangular member, and includes a joint part 25 and a connection part 26. The joint part 25 is a joint with the strut 13 and a strut 39, and disposed in four positions in the vicinity of four corners of the lower frame 23. The connection part 26 is a site connecting the joint parts 25 to each other. The joint part 25 is larger in width than the connection part 26.
