<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a construction period by improving construction efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A ground PC tank 1 includes a bottom slab 2 and a cylindrical side wall 3 integrally formed and erected on the bottom slab 2. First PC steel members 4 extending in the circumferential direction and second PC steel members 5 extending vertically are arranged in the side wall 3. Circumferential and vertical prestress is introduced to the whole side wall 3 with the first PC steel members 4 and the second PC steel members 5. The second PC steel members 5 are arranged in a state of reverse U-letter shape inside the side wall 3, and each of anchoring end parts 5a, 5b is positioned at a bottom slab side part 2a. A cutout recess 6 is formed to allow each of the anchoring end parts 5a, 5b to project from the bottom slab side part 2a when the side wall 3 is erected. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
