<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adhesive polyester film which expresses outstanding heat seal property and solvent resistance when it is made to be a plastic plate for flexographic printing in combination with an ultraviolet rays photopolymer, and which can inhibit halation at the time of ultraviolet rays exposure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The easily adhesive polyester film has an easily adhesive layer which includes: an acrylic based resin (A); a polyester based resin (B); a curing agent (C); and a coumarin sulfonate compound (D), on at least one side of a polyester film, wherein the content of the coumarin sulfonate compound (D) is at least 0.2 parts by mass and at most 10 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the solid content of the sum total of the acrylic based resin (A) and the polyester based resin (B).
