<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inject and fill a molten resin in a cavity with good fluidity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In manufacturing a disk substrate 30, the vicinity of the canter hole of a fixed side stamper 13 is mounted to a fixed side mold 10 by being pressed with a fixed side inner peripheral stamper holder 14, a sprue bush 17 is inserted in annular parts 14b, 14c of the fixed side inner peripheral stamper holder 14, the vicinity of the center hole of a movable side inner peripheral stamper 23 is mounted to a movable side mold 20 by being pressed with a movable side inner peripheral stamper holder 24, and a molten resin from the sprue bush 17 is injected in a cavity CAV formed between the fixed side stamper 13 and the movable side stamper 23 by inserting an eject/punch mechanism part 25 in annular parts 24b, 24c of the movable side inner peripheral stamper holder 24. The outside diameter and the inside diameter of the annular parts 14b, 14c of the fixed side inner peripheral stamper holder 14 are respectively set to be a larger diameter than the outside diameter and the inside diameter of the annular parts 24b, 24c of the movable side inner peripheral stamper holder 24.
