PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a contactor and a contactor thereof are provided to expand lifespan by reducing friction and pressurizing due to a contact. CONSTITUTION: A hole(111,121,131) is formed by being penetrated on a substrate. A conductive silicon compound(150) comprises a silicon resin, a conductive metal particle, and an epoxy alkoxy silane coupling agent. The conductivity silicone compound is formed in the hole by being inserted. The epoxy alkoxy silane coupling agent is coated in the conductive metal particle. The coated conductive metal particle is mixed in the silicon resin. |
