A time synchronizing method, a time synchronizing device and a time synchronizing system of master clock side and slave clock side in synchronous network are provided. The time synchronizing method of slave clock side in synchronous network includes the following steps: receiving a synchronous message borne in the first downlink frame (S101); generating an entrance indicating pulse according to the received first downlink frame, the time delay between the entrance indicating pulse and the byte for confirming the frame in the first downlink frame is fixed (S102); picking up the first time of the slave clock side according to the entrance indicating pulse (S103); receiving a following message borne in the second downlink frame, the following message carries the first time when the master clock side transmits the synchronous message (S104); adjusting the local time according to the difference between the first time of the master clock side and the first time of the slave clock side (S105).
