PURPOSE: A laser harmful insect killing apparatus is provided to locate a harmful insect for aiming and firing a laser at the same time using a laser beam and an optical sensor, and to cut off the projection of the laser when a man is detected. CONSTITUTION: A laser harmful insect killing apparatus comprises the following: a laser projection unit(10) projecting a laser beam(11); an optical sensor receiver(12) detecting a harmful insect including mosquitoes and flies in the path of the projected laser beam; and a laser output controller(14) strongly outputting the laser beam for a constant time when the harmful insect(13) is detected to the optical sensor receiver. The laser projection unit includes more than two laser projection device capable of projecting parallel laser beams with a constant interval.
