<p>PURPOSE: A defect indication system and a method of a recarburizer injection nozzle are provided to inform a user of a defect on a recarburizer injection nozzle using a lamp or buzzer. CONSTITUTION: A defect indication system of a recarburizer injection nozzle comprises a sensor(150), a storage(200), a controller(300), and an alarm part(400). The sensor senses the inner pressure of a recarburizer injection nozzle(600). The controller compares the pressure set point and detects the malfunction of the recarburizer injection nozzle. The controller generates an alarm signal once the defect occurrence of the recarburizer injection nozzle is detected.</p> |
