PURPOSE: A device for creating information on steering angle and an electromotive power steering system is provided to create steering angle information by a signal received from a motor position sensor, thereby omitting an expensive steering angle sensor and signal interface between electronic controller units in a system. CONSTITUTION: An electromotive power steering system comprises a torque sensor(310) transmitting torque signal to an electronic controller unit, a reduction gear(320) transfer, a motor position sensor(330) sensing a relative rotation angle of a shaft of a electric power steering motor and transmitting generated relative rotation signal to an electronic controller unit, the electronic controller unit(340) creating a motor control current by input signals from each sensors and an electric power steering motor(350) offering secondary steering force for manipulating a steering wheel.
