PURPOSE: A depressurization valve with a bleed room is provided to guide the exhaustion of the pressure fluid within an orifice room to get faster by compensating the loss of the pressure fluid. CONSTITUTION: A depressurization valve with a bleed room comprises a main valve part, a pilot valve part and an adjusting spring part. The main valve part comprises an octahedral body(51). A body cap(55), in which a relief port is included, is installed on the lower part of the body. The pilot valve part comprises a pilot part body(52). The pilot part body comprises a bleed port of a bleed room in which a pilot valve and a nozzle are built. The adjusting spring part is included of a spring cover(53) and a pressure control lever.
