PURPOSE: A cooling control method of a high voltage battery of a hybrid vehicle is provided to minimize energy which a cooling fan uses by accurately offering cooling airflow which the batter needs by grasping degraded extent of the battery after setting a warranty life of battery as EOL standard. CONSTITUTION: A cooling control method of a high voltage battery of a hybrid vehicle comprises the following steps: turning on a cooling fan; measuring resistance at a reference voltage state of the high voltage battery; measuring the temperature of cold air flowing into a module of the high voltage battery; measuring a temperature deflection of cells of the high voltage battery and a maximum temperature among the cells; turning off the cooling fan when the temperature of the cold air is in a normal range; and controlling the cutting off of water of the cooling fan according to a resistance measured value.
