PURPOSE: A weld tip increases dimension precision of the minute inner radius and a manufacturing method of the weld tip are provided to perform smooth transfer of wire by maintaining the electric conduction. CONSTITUTION: A weld tip comprises a phosphorus deoxidized copper pipe and a high-strength copper alloy pipe. The phosphorus deoxidized copper pipe is a base material. The high-strength copper alloy pipe is welded in the inside diameter of the phosphorus deoxidized copper pipe with insertion. The minute inside diameter is formed on the high-strength copper alloy pipe. A wire is inserted in the minute inside diameter.
