Medicinal products with cicatrizing action comprising biguanide derivatives

Use of a biguanide derivative of general formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof for the manufacture of a medicinal product for topical use in the treatment of cicatrisation (wound healing) of wounds. The biguanide compounds of formula (I) are the only cicatrizing agent contained in said medicinal product.
