PURPOSE: A system and a method for assessing a climate change influence using a GIS(Geographical Information System) are provided to respectively connect an atmosphere change with social/economic/geographical information according to a climate change, thereby efficiently assessing a climate influence. CONSTITUTION: A climate data storage unit(101) stores predicted climate data. An atmosphere environment data storage unit(111) stores predicted atmosphere environment data. An administrative area storage unit(121) stores boundary data of an administrative area. A ward and country data converter(130) generates the predicted climate data and the predicted atmosphere environment data according to the administrative area. A display unit(160) displays administrative area geographic information.
