INK INCLUDING NANO SILVER PARTICLE FOR SELECTIVE METAL PLATING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An ink for a metallic coating including a nano silver metal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve adhesive force of a plating layer on an ink layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an ink for a metallic coating including a nano silver metal comprises the following steps: producing a first composition(S1); producing a second composition(S2); mixing 40g of nano silver metal and 20g of amphenol to a mixture mixed with the first composition and the second composition in a ratio of 6:4(S3); and obtaining an ink composition by heating the mixture at 30~50 deg C for 4~5 hours(S4). The first composition contains 40~60g of polystyrene and 40~60g of butadiene per 100g of acrylonitrile. The second composition contains 40 parts by weight of butyl acetate, 40 parts by weight for ethylcellosolve and 20 parts by weight of toluene per 100 parts by weight of cyclohexanone.
