PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a granular mold flux using liquid fixed carbon and a manufacturing supply facility for the liquid fixed carbon are provided to obtain the granular mold flux with an is uniformly dispersed fixed carbon. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing supply facility for a liquid fixed carbon comprises the following: a manufacturing container to manufacture the liquid fixed carbon; a reservoir to store the liquid fixed carbon manufactured from the manufacturing container; and a conveying pipe transferring the liquid fixed carbon from the reservoir to a screw blunger. The manufacturing container includes a stirrer to disperse fixed carbon to the inside, and a mixing circulating pump to circulate the mixture inside the container.
