PURPOSE: A guide supporting device is provided to improve safety by reducing the amount of foreign material which fries to the face of an operator. CONSTITUTION: A guide supporting device comprises a guide supporting board(10) and a holder(20). A fixed axis(13) is installed on the guide supporting device. A fixed axis is installed in the location made eccentric among the total length of the guide supporting board. A cradle groove(22a) is installed on the upper end of the holder. The fixed axis is settled on the cradle groove.
