<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a karaoke machine capable of playing a dance music medley that a user likes. <P>SOLUTION: Normal music selection processing in which the user is made to access a musical piece property database stored with dance propriety classification information etc., is stored and select a musical piece and the musical piece number thereof is transmitted and medley music selection processing in which user input of a specified tempo value is received, a permutation of musical piece numbers of a plurality of musical pieces is received by making the user select the plurality of musical pieces based upon the musical piece property database, and the specified tempo value, musical piece number permutation, and a properly generated medley number are transmitted while made to correspond to one another are carried out; and the musical piece numbers and medley number are registered in a queue, and the specified tempo value and musical piece number permutation corresponding to the medley number are stored. When the head of the queue is a musical piece number, karaoke data corresponding to the musical piece number is played and when a medley number, partial sections of karaoke data of respective musical piece numbers of the musical piece number permutation stored corresponding to the medley number are played according to the permutation while playing tempos of the respective musical pieces are standardized to the specified tempo value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
