PURPOSE: A currency exchange server is provided to store a currency exchange breakdown in a client IC(Integrated Circuit) card and store the currency exchange breakdown in a storage medium by connecting with client card information, thereby removing inconvenience in carrying the exchange breakdown. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit receives currency exchange request information and related information from a wire or wireless client terminal. A currency exchange processor performs a currency exchange business by connecting with a bank server or a terminal. A currency exchange breakdown processor transmits a currency exchange breakdown and the related information of the interface unit to a currency exchange terminal or a branch office server.
