<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new butter-like matter easy to be produced without the need of complicated production processes, preservable at ≤30°C and having low calorie and excellent physiological function, and to provide a method for producing the matter. <P>SOLUTION: This butter-like matter is obtained by mixing/stirring at ≤30°C fructooligo-saccharide or saccharides containing fructooligo-saccharide, water, oil and fat having diacylglycerol as the main component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
