PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble and integrate a diaphragm by accurate positioning in a liquid sealed engine mount. SOLUTION: A main liquid chamber 23 is provided inside an insulator 20. A sub liquid chamber 24 surrounded by the diaphragm 5 is provided outside the insulator 20. The main/sub liquid chambers are communicated through an orifice passage 22 provided beside the main liquid chamber 23. The diaphragm 5 made of air breathability resistance rubber is integrated with a press fit ring 6 at its inner circumferential side and with an upper bracket 3 at its outer circumferential side. The press fit ring 6 is press-fitted to/integrated with an outer circumference of an attaching step part 16 provided for a first attaching member 1. The upper bracket 3 is fitted to the outside of an orifice member 21 to make the orifice passage 22 between the upper bracket 3 and the orifice member 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
