PURPOSE: A time base device for a wrist watch is provided to reduce the volume of a time movement by moving a motor to a battery. CONSTITUTION: A time base device includes at least one coil of an electric motor(6), an electronic module(1) installing an oscillator circuit(2,3,4) in a case, and a power supply(8). The electronic module comprises a coil and an oscillator circuit. A compact unit is composed by electrically connecting the power supply without a PCB. The electronic module comprises an oscillator, a frequency divider, and an electricity motor control circuit inside the case.
