PURPOSE: A buffer of a semiconductor memory device is provided to maintain the transition time of an output signal which is same with the time during designing time by controlling the amount of providing current and supplied current. CONSTITUTION: A buffering part(200) generates the output signal by buffering an input signal. A miss match compensation part(100) generates a control voltage corresponding to the size of a second transistor which is same type with a first transistor comprising the buffering part. A buffering part controls the transition time of an output signal in response to the control voltage(nbias,pbias) level. A driving voltage is applied in one end of a resistor element. In the second transistor, the other end of the resistor element is connected to the node in which a drain and a gate are connected and a ground voltage is applied to a source.
