METHOD OF MEASURING PLATE FLATNESS AND THEREOF MEMORY

PURPOSE: A method for measuring the flatness of a strip is provided to accurately measure the flatness of a strip by eliminating vacuum errors in the waveform of a signal which can be measured when the strip is vibrated. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the flatness of a strip is as follows. A value measured based on a distance change of the movement of a strip is calculated(S10). An intermediate value of the change of the measured value is calculated(S30). A deviation value of the flatness of the strip is calculated based on the calculated intermediate value and the measured value(S40). The calculated flatness of the strip is stored(S50).
