PURPOSE: A decoupling-type girth finishing member for a panel is provided, which decorates the girth of the panel used for the home or the office furniture and improves effectiveness of work. CONSTITUTION: A decoupling-type girth finishing member for a panel comprises: an opposing face(11) covering the girth face of the panel; a side rib(12) which is expanded from both sides of opposing face and covers the girth face side of the panel; a holder(13) which is formed in order to insert the wedge bar in the bottom of the opposing face; and an inlet(14) in which an inserting projection of the corner member is inserted between the holder and side rib.
