<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array antenna receiver enabling calibration of an RF wireless circuit with high precision without relying on the wireless access system and bandwidth of uplink and downlink. <P>SOLUTION: The array antenna receiver having an array antenna constituted of a plurality of antenna elements comprises: a means for generating a reference signal for calibration using a spread signal or a non-spread signal; a means for calculating a reception calibration value required for correcting an amplitude deviation and a phase deviation occurring between the branches of a receiving circuit provided in correspondence with each of the plurality of antenna elements using the reference signal thus generated; and a means for correcting the amplitude deviation and the phase deviation occurring between the branches of a receiving circuit using the calibration value thus calculated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
