The invention comprises compounds of general formula <FORM:1011289/C2/1> where R is alkyl (1-3C), X is mono- or di-alkyl amino (the alkyl groups having 1-5 C), and Hal is halogen, also the compound 1-p-chlorophenyl-2-pyrrolidinopropan-1-one; their non-toxic salts; and their preparation by reacting corresponding a -bromo-alkanones with amines. Pharmaceutical compositions comprise compounds of the invention and carriers. Forms described are tablets, dragees, suppositories and injection solutions. The compounds have appetite depressing and weight-reducing effect. |
