PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device improves the display quality by improving the problem of movement of the color coordinate of the panel. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sub pixels is located on substrate. One or more sub pixel among sub pixels comprises two light-emitting layers located between the bottom electrode and upper electrode(122) and the link layer located between light-emitting layers. The link layer is composed of the junction of P type link layer and N type link layer(121d). N type link layer is formed by doping the electron injection layer in the electron-transport layer.
