PURPOSE: An LED(Light Emitting Diode) lamp is provided to rapidly emit heat generated from an LED to the outside by interlinking a cooling fin with the heat-sink of the LED through a conductive plug. CONSTITUTION: An LED(120) is installed on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) substrate(110). A heat-sink is formed in the rear side of the LED. A metal pattern is formed on the PCB substrate. The metal pattern touches a lead wire and the heat sink of the LED. A plurality of via holes are formed on the PCB substrate. A conductive plug(112) is formed inside each via hole. An insulating sheet is arranged on the rear side of the PCB substrate. A cooling fin(130) is arranged on the insulating sheet. The cooling fin emits heat, generated in the LED through a conductive plug, to the outside. |
