<p>The present invention relates to quick dissolve pharmaceutical compositions. More particularly the invention relates to quick dissolve pharmaceutical compositions of memantine hydrochloride capable of dissolving in the oral cavity and process for preparing such compositions. The quick dissolve pharmaceutical compositions of memantine hydrochloride contain at least one water-soluble diluent in particular a mono- or disaccharide and at least one disintegrant and optionally other pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.</p>
