MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CONCRETE FILLED DOUBLE STEEL COLUMN

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a concrete charge steel column of a double steel pipe structure is provided to facilitate assembly and improve productivity in the field. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a concrete charge steel column of a double steel pipe structure comprises following steps. A first ring plate(30) is welded at the upper end of an outer steel pipe(20). An inner steel pipe(10) is inserted into an outer steel pipe and an inner steel pipe and an outer steel pipe are welded. An inner joint pipe(40) is welded with the upper end of the inner steel pipe. A second ring plate(60) is welded on the upper end of an outer joint pipe. The outer joint pipe is positioned to accept the inner joint pipe. Concrete(70) is charged between the inner joint pipe and the outer joint pipe.
