The system has a sea water cylinder (4) containg chloride enriched sea water that is utilzed to absorb chemical pollutants such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, ammonia, hydrochloric acid or carbon dioxide, contained in fumes (3) emitted from industries such as cement work industries and mines, for purifying the fumes.
