A first rod (2) is welded at one end to the bottom portion of a counterweight (3) and the other end is inserted into a ball (1) which has been welded onto a wall surface in the jewelry. Two interconnected eyelets (5) are attached with the bottom one welded onto the counterweight and the top one welded onto a wall surface in the jewelry or onto a tube attached to this surface. A second rod (4) extending through a jewelry frame (7) is joined at one end to the top portion of the counterweight and at the other end to a gemstone holder (6).
